At the west end of the area marked cultural, you will find the Drummond Island Yacht Haven. This is a good launch site, with parking, restrooms and marine supplies. From here you can walk a short distance to the Drummond Island Historical Museum; its log construction and original old fort chimney make it a “must-stop” for historians. Across the street is the Betsy Seaman Memorial Park, also a location where you can park, rest and eat your picnic lunch at the convenient tables. The Museum is open Early May to Mid October 1 to 5 p.m. Seven days a week.
